100% of the Emme company shares were acquired
Since the September 24th, IHSA S.A. acquired 100% of the shares of the Emme company. Thus, a company with more than 35 years of experience in the market expands its presence in the south of Buenos Aires to provide better service to all its customers.
More than 500 mobiles and 26 operating bases that are distributed throughout Capital and GBA will now be added to Emme’st service structure. Besides the coverage they already have, they will soon add new services and benefits.
They count with a primer with 2,000 professionals, own medical centers and associates, pharmacy networks drugs-discount up to 50% and many more services, among which stand out:
- Nursing and other home care services
- Panic buttons, fixed and portable
- Scheduled transfers
- Tele-accompaniment
