OSIM, Emergencias and Fundacion por la Boca get together for the welfare of the neighbours in the south of the City of Buenos Aires.
In the context of the Campaign Speak out against violence against women 2016, Emergencias, OSIM and Fundación x La Boca, created a wall painting called “No violence against women shall go on”. The wall painting came as a result of the contest promoted by the same companies and organisations and had the aim of raising awareness about the topic. Because of this and other actions, Fundación por la Boca was recognised by the Buenos Aires City Council as an institution of cultural interest.
During 2017, these 3 institutions intend to strengthen bonds and perform several preventive and promotional actions for the health of the neighbours of La Boca.
In April OSIM and Emergencias will accompany the Foundation in the XI row along the Riachuelo. This event, which has been taking place for 11 years, has the aim of raising awareness about its navigability, the continuation of the cleaning process and the impact on the citizens’ health.
